Afternoons from 5:30pm - Chisholm Ovals (off Mead St) - we have both indoor and outdoor training facilities for all weather types.

Our point of difference is that we keep our classes small and capped to 10 people maximum, so we can really ensure we focus on your training therefore days/times may change subject to popularity.

Simply keep an eye on the calendar for available session times.

All equipment provided, just bring a towel, fitness mat, water bottle and sun protections.

    You can come and join in a class at any point by selecting a casual session entry. Simply choose the date and time of the class you want and we’ll see you there.

  • Membership and session packs from $30

    We offer session packs of 5 ($99 -3 month expiry), 10 ($180 - 6 month expiry) plus two types of membership subscriptions charged fortnightly starting at $30 per fortnight. These packs will give you access to a coupon code to book classes at your leisure and when convenient for you.

  • Personalised programs from $249

    We can create you a tailored and personalised 6-week fitness program that suits your needs, whether you have access to a gym or not we can build you the plan that suits your lifestyle. The plan will have clear goals, weekly online check ins and can be updated every 6-weeks to ensure you maintain interest.

How does it work?

Book into a session at your convenience under the ‘select appointment’ section - if you have a session pack simply use your coupon code at the checkout and your session will come through at no charge. I love fitness training and I want to pass on that love to you. I get it, exercise can be tedious but with me I want it to be fun and energising.

My personal fitness journey has been up and down and I have tried and tested it all - HIIT, cardio, strength and conditioning and more. I incorporate it all into my training programs.

My personal goals are to stay fit but have fun while doing it (no fads here just consistent hard work) because if you aren't enjoying it, you will certainly stall in getting where you need to be. My training style is diverse and most of all I want you to walk away sweating, having had a great but challenging workout and wanting to come back and do it all again.

I have a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and I now want to continue the legacy of ACT Bootcamp that I was once a member of myself.
